The Ergonomics Risk Assessment objective is assessment of the ergonomic risks in the workplace, which will eliminate risks thanks to practical recommendations adapted to your operational realities and following the Guidelines of Department of Occupational Safety & Health Department (DOSH) on Ergonomics Risk Assessment at Workplace 2017.
COURSE INTRODUCTION
The skills to work with computer and to avoid the chronic health problems required a full understanding on ergonomic best practices for computer works. Learning the practical knowledge on identifying proper and bad work postures and work habits (behavior), and making low cost improvement in term of work environment will able to avoid future ergonomics related problems.

- To understand the importance and values of applied ergonomics in the office workstation based on OSH Acts 1994 and corporate expectations
- To understand ergonomic risk factors at computer workstation
- To understand the health effects of poor ergonomics

- Mitigate the risk factors and how to provide the solutions to minimize impact of injuries
- To be proactive and capable of assessing ergonomic risks and implementing practical solutions entirely on your own
