This course features a problem-based learning approach that provides a collaborative job-focused experience. Participants will apply procedural requirement to anticipate emergency scenarios and apply critical thinking skills for prevention and to respond to emergencies. They will also collaboratively build a personal compilation of recommendations to apply on the job, including distinguishing factors to consider when building a command and control structure and identifying training needs and requirements for drills.
